Social Imperialism provides software for social media discovery, content creation, scheduling, and automation. Features depend on your subscription plan and connected third-party APIs.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for compliance with each social platform’s rules when posting or engaging through our tools.

• Do not share login tokens or API keys publicly
• Use human approval queues where the product provides them
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal content

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your plan.

We may change pricing with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new rates for subsequent billing periods.

AI drafts and suggestions are provided as-is. You review and approve content before publishing. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, or platform approval of AI-assisted posts.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may cancel anytime through billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk. Upon termination, access ends but export of your data may be requested via contact email.
